Flow Engineering, an AI startup focused on hardware design, has raised funding from Valor, Atreides, and Sequoia at a $750 million valuation, according to TechCrunch. The company is developing AI agents for hardware design.

The round also includes Roelof Botha as an angel investor and board member, TechCrunch reported. Botha is a partner at Sequoia Capital.
